      Our Cleaning Rates

      First Time Cleanings / One Time

      Cleaning desired for a special occasion or one time service. Homes that are currently in use.

      Cleaning rates are approximate and based on a rate of $40.00 per person/per hour.

      Cleaning teams are comprised of three or four team members.

      Our minimum rate is $120.00 for recurring cleaning services and other services.

      An initial cleaning is required to deep clean your home before setting up a recurring service.

      After the initial cleaning, three to four routine cleanings are needed to establish the recurring service cleaning rate.

      Please keep in mind that we only charger base on the amount of time we spent cleaning.
      Payment

      Method of Payment

      Cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). However, in order to guarantee your service, we do require a credit card on file. Credit cards will have a 3.5% merchant processing fee.

      Payment Policy

      We require a credit card on file to guarantee service. Your credit card will be charged at time of service. Please be advised that a fee of $120 will be billed to credit cards for a late cancellation or last minute rescheduling. Checks should be received at the time of service.

      Late Payments

      Payment is due at time of service (if payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of $15 will be added to your account).
      Any failed payments within 30 days will be directed to collections agency.

      Additional Charges

      For recurring services any additional tasks (not included in maintenance) are subjected to separate fees.
      Any “additional” or specified “deep spring cleans” will be charged per hour NOT by flat rate.
